TSO was awarded an emblematic project to build the most important railway network in Saudi Arabia : 736 km of rail tracks to connect the country’s northern mining region to Riyad and the ports of the Arabian Gulf.
This single track, mostly located in the desert connects the cities of Qurayyat and Al Jalamid in the north of the country and Al Khair.
These tracks are designed for heavy load trains due as it will be used for freight.
